A strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, responsible for coordination, execution, and operational excellence across all divisions.

2. Executive Assistant to the CEO

A high‑trust, high‑precision role supporting scheduling, communication, and executive operations.

3. Finance & Compliance Officer

Responsible for financial reporting, investor compliance, AML/CTF, and governance documentation.

4. Project Delivery Manager

Oversees field operations, timelines, budgets, and community engagement for all development projects.

5. Communications & Brand Manager

Leads storytelling, digital presence, investor communication, and brand identity across all platforms.

6. Operations & Administration Officer

Ensures smooth internal operations, logistics, procurement, and administrative systems.
